WOYWW + Felted Wool Slippers Greek style!

Hullo there everyone.
Yes amazing isn't it?  it is time for WOYWW, or for the uninitiated it is: What is On Your Workdesk Wednesday - or floor, or wherever you work?! Be game - show us your creative space - a bit of "Look-see" over at our honorable leader's blog - Queen Julia, of the Stamping Ground!
I am sorry in advance as commenting is limited too for next few weeks or so.
Presently flat out with jobs, getting ready for other cataract surgery on 22.4.13, so very little time and not the eyes for it after Monday anyway.. 
And here is my desk.
 
You can see two new stamps. I needed a "Praying for you" stamp and after much searching found one (see top one and then saw on same seller on eBay had an ultra cute Penny Black with reasonable post to Oz - after all Di's stickeroos have decided NEEDED one (okay Di succumbed (tis all your fault ;D). Also there is new card made for coming birthdays and some LOTV images have to make three baby cards so better get cracking.
Artneko ATC pansy stamp painted in iridescent paint also on desk top right under card.
 
These slippers are from the Parthenon in Athens made from Felted wool and so have put these in for Jo and Annie and all folk who like to felted wool slippers!! aren't they awesome - my family in Uk had pair I borrowed last year when there. So bought these for me as surprise when over in Greece.
Aussie shot for today, the mother in law tongue is on flower again as it is the Eucharist Lily.. both so beautiful I think!
 Also dont think I have said a big welcome to a new wonderful encourager, even if have will welcome her twice :D - thanks Ria, see her blog here!! a WOYWW-er too :D

PS sorry Di, I forgot to link the pansy card over to the playground for your snippets challenge as the stamping etc was done ages ago and  most of the card and ribbon from snippets.

    Love those slippers and I am completely blown away by the mother in law's tongue! never knew that flowered .... just a houseplant over here in England. Will show photo to DH who will be surprised as well.

    The cataract surgery will change your life! It did my mum's. good luck, I hope it all goes smoothly :)
    How white is that Eucharist Lily? So pure and beautiful...well named, I think! My uncle was a small market gardener specialising in Arum likes and Chrysanthmums. I have very strong memories of the pungent smell in his greenhouses...to this day, I smell damp, earthy compost and it transports me back to being 6!!

    Love those slippers Shaz, though I think even my chooks would give me funny looks if I went out in those, not that I would!

    happy woyww and as always a great post enjoy using your new stamps the penny black one is a cutie. I love that we get to share your garden too; what beautiful white flowers all we have in the garden is daffodils and they were ever so late this year ,its been a long winter.. but the sun is starting to shine again :-)

    Hi Shaz! Did I physically force you to buy the PB goodies, huh, huh? :) I love the cat on the pot stamp, have that one here and it's a while since I used it so thanks for the reminder!

    Will be thinking of you on Monday - you'll be crafting with renewed vigour - and eyesight - once the op. is done and you've fully recovered.

    Those plants are beautiful. Mother in laws tongue is a houseplant over here - imagine having it in the garden! Trust you will be assured of Father God's presence as you go for surgery.

    WOW, my MIL plants have never flowered. Do they need more sun? I thought they were for shaded areas? Hmm, very curious.

    Aww those slippers are awesome i can see why you loved them. love the garden pictures as usual... I have a mother in law's tongue my mother in law gave me when we got married... it's huge after 34 years a good sign hehe!

    Hi Shaz-
    First off good luck with your surgery on Monday. I think cataract is THE most common surgery these days so i'm sure it will just be a momentary blimp in time that you won't be at your desk creating beautiful things. LOVE the pansies....I'll be thinking of you on Monday and sending up a prayer.

    Hi Shaz...no WOYWW for me this week but stopped by to say hello.

    Your desk looks busy but sounds like it needs to be right now so you can craft before surgery.
    God bless you on your path to being cataract free. Hope all goes well with the surgery and recovery.

    Your stamped images all look lovely and look forward to seeing the finished cards eventually.

    Really enjoyed the plant photos today. I have never seen the Mother in laws tongue blooming before...what a treat! And so appropriate that the Eucharist Lily bloomed for Easter.

    Not much I can say that hasn't already been said! I like what you did with the AAA ATC stamp...clever gal! Those slippers look so warm and comfy, having a stone floor my tootsies can get real cold in winter! Mother-in-laws-Tongue...we saw them in Egypt in their gardens and here they are houseplants. I've always liked them, I think they are great architectural plants and the name is brilliant! TFS!
