Here's my desky share for WOYWW or What is on your Workdesk Wednesday (over here at Julia's and please do join in, too!).
Two desks to see today, warning - and photo overload! desk in in ATC mode.
Dolores ATC and card .. how amazing is this detail in her work??? |
ATC's received, from UK, left ATC is my PiF from Ali Wade, the middle ATC is an impressive masterboard piece by Julia, and the right ATC is by Shaz Silverwolf. Are they all special? received another one from Sandra Dee shared back here. |
Starting ATCs... see brusho sheets, for bases... stamps assorted ones from SU discontinued sets. Buy SU discontinued, on eBay rather than buying new ones. Much cheaper. |
Four made for WOYWW8 - out of brusho backgrounds, with dry embossing, stamping and embossing and masking and glue and masking and inking. |
ATC sent to Dolores, aka Cardarian. |
Made four cards similar to this to send with each ATC for WOYWW8, used my two oxide inks. |
To Aussie shots - courtesy of grey headed nomads in our family - they are baby boomers 4WD caravan-ing out west. Traction steam engine from way out west NSW, chimney lying on right side. |
Sunset at lake Minindee, out west NSW |

It reminds me of our west from the old days here in the US. Have a lovely week my friend and may God bless you abundantly.

Stunning ATCs and fun birthday card! Pugs are cute and ugly at the same time! My hubby would find that traction engine fascinating! The sunset is truly amazing! Isn't it funny how your sunsets are someone else's sunrise? I've come up with that little wisdom just now LOL! Thanks for visiting earlier! Enjoy your week! zsuzsa #28

Lovely cards and ATCs, Shaz, and as always, the Aussie shots are a delight. So nice to be able to see where you live, on the other side of the world! Thank you for your lovely comment. The carpenter can't start till the beginning of July now but I don't mind, because I'm quite used to using Mum's tiny kitchen and another couple of weeks aren't worth getting stressed out about. Not every diet suits everybody and you have to find the right one for you. The 5:2 is so easy and becomes a way of life. It has taken me time to shed all this, but that way, it's more likely to stay off. I am sorry to say that my hubby had to take Beatrice in to the vet on Wednesday afternoon and have her put down. The loss of Phoebe really seemed to put her into a decline and the last 3 or 4 days we couldn't persuade her to eat, and she simply gave up the will to live. We are both feeling devastated and sad and the house feels so empty with no kitties in it. We are busy looking for 2 new babies to love. We never thought they would die so close together (only 3 weeks) but they were both pretty old and not well, and they'd had such a long and happy life with us.

Thank you for your very prompt response, Shaz, and for your kind words! Much appreciated. I am sure we will find the right kittens eventually but so far we haven't had much success. I think the Lord has some lined up for us and we have to be patient! There is an email contact form on the RH side of my blog.

OH my gosh, the pug birthday cards have me snickering and snorting. Those pugs certainly are expressive aren't they?
ReplyDeleteSo many ATCs and fun things happening on your desk these days.
My big project lately (in the very little time I have in my room) has been downsizing stuff. I feel too confined in my room, too much to wade through to get things made. That's because I rearranged a few things recently and screwed up the whole works. Ah well..... it needed it anyway. It didn't happen when we moved because most everything is in a box, bin or drawer so it just got moved across that way. No boxes were upended or anything dug through.
Lovely work!!! Thanks so much for participating in our LEMON SHORTBREAD challenge. Hope you participate in our next challenge!! Have a happy crafty day!!! *So sorry for late commenting, I’m having major issues lately trying to leave comments due to the stupid ROBOT silliness!!!
