Hullo there everyone.. well just doing a very quick update here again of some cards I have made. I posted back on this post here.. the cardstock I had saved from the Christmas Bonbons or crackers .. too good to throw away so putting it to good use, on the cards below.

Shaz these are gorgeous cards - love the glimmer and sheen on the gold ones (ingenious use of the (waste) card), and the hedgie one is so sweet, especially with that beautiful background. The embossing with the gilding wax is amazing.

What stunning Christmas cards Shaz. The sentiments are lovely. I was interested to read about softening the wax - that's where I've been going wrong! I love that little hedgie and the background looks gorgeous. Barbxx
ReplyDeleteWoooow your Christmas card is brilliant,
ReplyDeleteI also have the gilding wax and it works quite a treat, I must add some terps to mine next time as I love the effect on your embossing. I like the red I might add that to my next order from Joanna Sheen........lol......
All your cards are beautiful as always.
Enjoy your week.
hugs
sharon :)
WOWZA! These are gorgeous!!!!! I love all your cards, so beautifully made! Bravo mon amie! xxx
ReplyDeleteOur shiny golden cards look amazing! Similar designs, yet each card is beautifully unique. A lovely set. I need to make some cards trying to use the same materials too, for the fun and the need to spend up my Christmas card stash. I suddenly realized I need 20 more cards than I had planned for for Christmas, which is bad news for a slow card maker as myself...
ReplyDeleteYour golden card varieties are awesome as well as your Scripture card. Anyway, thank you so much for sharing your wonderful project with us this week at Word Art Wednesday. Leaving you with the encouragement of God's Word in Psalm 27:1 which says, "The Lord is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid?" Hugs and blessings!
