Well, no WOYWW this week, very full days, so no time.
However have managed to do three Christmas cards. As its 25th! Time for Christmas card challenge from now to 31st - at Rudolph Day or Scrappy Mo’s Christmas card challenge over Here!.
Craft room organisation BTW is zero almost as full days out mostly or meetings this week helping a friend.. Next week not much better with appointments, visits, etc. Better than being bored though. 😊
Last week visitors will recognise this card has the snippets of stencilled gold paste on black card I found in clean up. I added it on more snippets, even the base is such as they were to be thrown but a friend rescued them for me!! Stamp is by Hampton Arts, bought with US friend Marilyn at Hobby Lobby. Her home after Hurricane Michael still has no insurance person look at roof damage, etc! No power and no water.. so please pray for her and others waiting the same way.
The next two cards are up-cycles. Found in clean-up a base and an image I'd done, so brought them together. The stamp is a Penny Black brushstroke "Sweetest Sound", stylised the birds though, to make them into Aust robins for Christmas card using traditional colours. Find this a tricky stamp to use. Maybe need more practise see expert Heather HERE. Verse "Glory to newborn King" is by ODB.
Last card was a glittery gift card just added to some snippet of gold cardstock embossed with Swirls by Embossalicious EF. I providentially had some square cards I had pre-made also found in clean up .. mm must sort that filing of pre-cut card bases, so ad hoc. Verse is digi from stash.
To close with two Aussie shots.
That bunch of roses is from our garden and has been like that every three days for a few weeks now given number of bunches away. And every single one are VERY fragrant. The rain given by the Lord and care by friend while away is very evident.
Second one is on dusk on Monday evening moon (almost full) rising. Love the subtle soft colours at such time.
Thanks everyone for visiting will try to return your visit. I did better last week.
Two months though till Christmas!! This is something I truly have not absorbed yet!!
God bless and keep you in all your ways through every day.
Prayer hugs,
Shaz in Oz. X
This truly is a verse full of comfort hope and most of all Peace. Only found in the LORD Jesus, for the Prince of Peace is He! praise His name.

Hi shaz,
ReplyDeleteHappy Rudolf Days.
What super and very wonderful designs.
They all look so amazing and very beautiful.
Stunning embossing on all 3 of them.
Thank you for joining the Rudolf Challenge.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L. DT.
I especially like the gold stenciling. How lovely! All three cards are great, but the stunning first one kept my attention for sure!
ReplyDeleteAmen Shaz! That last verse is very appropriate in this day. Thank you for that. You sound like a very, very busy lady these days. And yet you managed to accomplish making some very beautiful cards. I pray that all who will receive them will have their heart touched and will come to know His love if they don’t already.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful roses too. Everything is in the throes of hibernation here right now. The leaves are falling from the trees and we are settling in for a cold winter. I can live summer and spring again through you and your beautiful photos!
Blessings, Betsy

You are sounding really busy Sis, but that is a good thing like you said. I haven't gotten into my crafty space to clean or organize yet! One day...when I'm ready. Hard to get into it when one doesn't feel so happy or care about much. Also little Kahlua keeps me busy. I love your beautiful cards, each as beautiful as the one before it. Your roses are stunning! I think I can almost smell them. lol I also love the beach picture of the moon, yes the moon is big and full now. Won't see it tonight as we have rain coming tonight for a few days. But I do love seeing the full moon as it is so pretty. To bad some people get a little crazy with a full moon. Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteHi!
