| Downunder we are in SPRING.. I love spring .. and autumn :D Here is our Lytopspernum Cardwell in flower plus 'Superb' Grevillea. |

| Here are today's blooms - God's handwork is simply gorgeous. Images above were last week in full bloom, some are falling now. Here are some flies (!) on it + one of the hard shelled beetles that love roses, hibiscus, anything really! |

| Local creek down the road - we were having lunch at a creekside restaurant, when there were suddenly loud yells + splashes, these canoes were launched with great gusto for a paddle. |
Now how made first card, I wanted both of the die cuts to be gold embossed.

| Here is my entry for the Our Daily Bread colour challenge shown above. Lattice die is from Papertrey, also embossed in gold. The DP is a digi from my Pinterest page here. The gold stamped verse is one from 1990 (a snippet stamped ages ago) from Sonlight Impressions Ca. US. I love the promise of this verse.. truly perfect peace is found by simply trusting in our God. |

The "thank you card" begun for dad to give to someone, made using one of dad's paintings as a digi image.Used a 1990 "thank you" stamp unnamed, plus S.U. DP from 2006. Morning Shaz, your garden must be looking beautiful. Such lovely photos of your plants. Spring is my favourite season when everything is bursting into flower and the summer is on it's way.
The cards you have made are beautiful. What a lovely oval die that is and I love your gold embossing on the die cut. What a lovely idea to use a copy of your Dad's painting for the Thank You card he asked you to make. It looks as if he's a very talented artist.
You must enjoy sitting by the creek near your home watching all the activity. Hope you have a happy week. Barbxx

Thank you for sharing your lovely photos Shaz, it's easy to forget your seasons are the other way round to us. Spring is my very favourite time of year and the wonders of Nature never fail to amaze me how everything just springs into new life and vitality as if my magic.

Ahhhhhhhhh I love Spring and it has truly sprung here....lol....the garden is in full bloom and the birds are so noisy!

I've been really thinking about a garden blog lately - you're photos inspire me to move forward with this. Your cards are gorgeous. The gold embossing on the die cuts is GORGEOUS. Beautiful flowers and how lovely Spring is there. Your gold embossed card is just stunning. You dad has such great talent. His picture is really good and you showcased it perfectly with those corners.
Loving the signs of spring Shaz, super encouraging for this gal....stepping intomautumn I can handle, but a looming winter is hard for me! Loved your desk shots and the die - I have the same one and really love it!
How do you not blow everything asunder and burn the heck out of your fingers when heat embossing die cuts? Of course, I'm sure I shouldn't be trusted with a heat tool anyway... but that's what I'd do--blow it around and burn myself. Too bad too because these are beautiful when embossed. Those are some fancy dancy cards! Nice spring photos too! We're easing into autumn here. The sun is still blazing though so it is just a small ease.
Hi Shaz, What lovely pictures of your spring flowers/shrubs. Going into autumn here which is not so nice. Wet and drab and the temperature is dropping. Just trying to catch up with commenting. I blame it entirely on everyone having such interesting blogs. I keep going of at a tangent especially if they link techniques and video's
in the posts. Also other peeps comments have me scurrying of in different directions, before I know it I'm 4 or 5 blogs away from the original one I was to start with. I really must try and stay focus on one thing only. right where was I.Lol. your card is gorgeous with the gold lattice work. Hugs Mrs A.

Love the paper peeking out form under the die cute background, love all the gold! How neat to use one of your Dad's paintings in the card, that is gorgeous, I am thinking of using some pics from our trip to use on my cards.
