Thank you for taking time to visit, and I hope I am even a tiny bit helpful as I have been helped and blessed by so many others. I have been doing Calligraphy since teens, and card making for many years as well. In 1990 I delighted in the joys of stamping with ink and embossing after a trip to Cairns, Qld. In 2009 I discovered the brayer, 2010 the Cuttlebug, also have now taking to reading up on crafting blogs and lo! Here I am, on one of my own.

I live on the coast of eastern Australia. I am a Christian. I trusted in the LORD down here at the beach, amazingly it is not far from where I now live. It was over 50 years ago, after a Beach Mission Service at the age of 12 years

WOYWW, Scrappy Mo'S Christmas Challenge

Hi everyone, sorry not blogged much of late, but quickly popping in for WOYWW for Workdesk Wednesday over at Julia's place!
My desk:
This will be brief as doing on mobile at minute, as not 100%. It's time for Scrappy Mo's Christmas challenge or Rudolph Day, it runs till 31st Oct.
So my desk shows work... colouring, with lovely Prisma set my sister bequeathed me when she upgraded, using some Bugaboo images. I really love this nativity set, going to enjoy using them!!!
Top right in image also shows snippets pile of cardstock from previous Christmas year’s bonbons, stamped on it with Prickly Pear Nativity image, then die cut with Impression Obsession Bauble die set. Wow I love this die too. I bought it as wanted hanger bow and top to go on number of other bauble dies I have. Then brains kicked in and thought I could stamp on the actual bauble too. It was tricky doing it on glossiness of bonbon snippet but managed it.
Touched up with black texta where ink wouldn't take.
Finished card below.
Verse is a Digi in my Christmas box from previous years as is card base, handy++ :D
Okay, nearly done super brief, just as Julia likes it... here's my Aussie Shot taken on phone when out walking last week. There are two surf ski riders chasing waves in middle of image.
Hope you're well, folks, I'll try pop by everyone who calls, but really struggling to do it these days, so just doing my best.
May God bless you in your day wherever you may be, and thanks so very much for all your kind encouragement even when I'm not a good blogger.

I always try to remember that the Lord walks through each of them with me. He also sends me friends like you that give such wonderful encouragement to me. I hope I can do the same with you.

Do not worry about stopping by here with comments ever...I know you pop by and if you are strong enough, you visit. If not, I understand. Have flare ups that keep me from visiting as I used to as well.
You have had so much on your plate and it is good that your strong faith walks with you.

Love the card this month. The stamp on the shimmery paper is divine. I sometimes have to fill in some missing stamped images too. I find little dots of black help as if I try to free hand the black, it seems to show more.

The sentiment yu used here is wonderful.

Thanks for taking part in the October Rudolph Days Challenge.

Hi Shaz, hope you are starting to feel a little better, love the pics of what you are working on, and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who tries to squeeze lots of images on one page! I think I missed the CCD die I used on the quilted Christmas design... I'll have to go back and add it (under A$5) Have a wonderful week and thank you for visiting... Megan
